ABOUT SAGA LUNA
Saga Luna is an independent art business offering original artwork, limited-edition fine art prints, hand-enhanced editions, and made-to-order art-based products.
Original artworks displayed on sagaluna.com are not offered for direct website checkout. Original artwork acquisitions are handled separately through galleries or direct inquiry and may be subject to separate terms provided at the time of sale.
WEBSITE USE
You may use sagaluna.com for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes consistent with these Terms & Conditions.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access to the website or related systems, introduce malicious software, or use the website in violation of applicable law.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting, and the characteristics of physical materials.
Hand-finished products may contain variations in paint, metal leaf, rhinestones, embellishments, placement, texture, or other details. These variations are part of the character of individually finished work and are not considered defects.
Product dimensions and other specifications are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
AVAILABILITY
Products, designs, edition levels, sizes, materials, and other offerings may be changed or discontinued at any time, subject to orders already accepted and applicable law.
Limited fine art editions are subject to their stated edition sizes. Saga Luna will not increase an established numbered edition beyond its stated maximum.
ORDERS
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud, payment issues, or an error affecting the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order and providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order already accepted except where correction is permitted by applicable law.
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated or displayed as appropriate during checkout.
Payment is processed through third-party payment service providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Products offered for purchase through sagaluna.com are made, printed, embellished, or prepared specifically for each individual order.
Production and preparation times vary by product and edition. Estimated production or delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged orders, and other fulfillment matters are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy.
FINE ART EDITIONS
Saga Luna fine art editions are produced in established limited quantities and may be signed, numbered, and individually hand-finished depending on the edition selected.
Edition sizes, numbering, materials, hand embellishment, and related details are described in our Fine Art & Editions policy.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Saga Luna is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, service disruptions, incorrect customer-provided information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees as described in our Shipping & Returns policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Artwork, images, designs, photographs, text, branding, and other creative content appearing on sagaluna.com are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a Saga Luna product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights in the underlying artwork.
Use of Saga Luna artwork and website content is subject to our Copyright & Intellectual Property policy.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Saga Luna may use third-party providers for website hosting, payment processing, production, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, communications, and other services.
We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies, availability, or services of third parties except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
